Meeting Room Applications and Insurance Information

80 percent of all meeting room applications are turned into the library incomplete. Most of the time the Insurance Company part of the application is left blank.

Incomplete applications should not be taken, as then it becomes our responsibility to try and track down this information and hold on to them until the patron gets back with us.

I am asking ANY staff member that takes/are handed a meeting room application from a patron to make sure the application is complete before letting the patron walk away.
