Richmond patrons

Earlier this year, Richmond stopped giving full public access to patrons who lived in Casco and Columbus townships. These patrons are now only eligible for a courtesy card from LWM, unless they pay the $200 annual fee.

Per LWM request, I have just expired every patron from these areas who had a CHE card. There were about 100 patrons in total.

We need to be very careful to NOT renew these cards when these patrons come in to use them. Their address will not be Chesterfield, and their Patron cat 2 will be either Casco or Columbus.

Be warned these patrons will probably not be happy about this, but they need to go to LWM and talk with them about their new card. Unfortunately we can not help them any further than that.
