Hold Not available to place

Lucie came across something interesting when placing a hold.

If when you are placing a hold the barcode that is highlighed and pulled into the hold screen is Damaged/Missing/Lost etc, you will get a "No items qualified for hold" message.

Even if there are other copies available and you have it marked as Title/Group.

What you need to do is search the title again and "touch" a different copy that is not Lost/Missing/etc. and the hold will go through.
