Calendar Registrations

In the last newsletter we printed that sign-up for many programs could not start until 2 weeks prior to the event, but what we did not realize was that if you were signed into the calendar software as a staff member using our password that it would allow you to sign a patron up for a class before the 2 weeks.

I have modified the Intranet menu so there are now 2 calendar links.

If you are signing a patron up for a class, you MUST use the one that says it is for registeration.

ONLY use the other one to Add/Edit an event or to see meeting room or display case availability.

Paulette's basic computer class is already full because of this mistake, so she has put another one on the calendar for Friday the 25th. This is open now for registration, so if anyone calls in the next couple days, at least we have an option.
