Holds

Effective immediately the length of time items are held for is 7 days.

It used to be 7 days, but then because some libraries still mailed notices we all had to agree on a time and they wanted 2 extra days for the mailers to go out.

SLC is now using a different system so that each library can decide individually how many days to hold an item. CHE is going back to 7 days. (Be glad we're not MTC, they only hold them for 3)
