Emailing from databases

Paulette discovered an interesting fact regarding our databases while helping a patron.

This patron had emailed themselves some articles from the database and when they went home to access them from their email, it wanted to know the remote login/password for that database.

So, if you are helping a patron and and show them the email feature, be sure they have the remote access information for that database.

I don't think they all do this, but this way they patron would have it if they did need it.
