Approving Melcat holds

We are now receiving requests from Melcat to send OUR items out.

Just like with OCLC requests, these will all be passed through the Reference desk for approval on denial.

These items will have a full page white sheet tucked inside of them. The fact it is a melcat request will be highlighted on the page.

Please write at the top of this white page, "approved" or "denied". Once marked these items need to get back to Jean.

Also, we may want to think about and decide if their is entire collections we don't want to ever approve, such as Graphic Novels or such.

As of now, we should only be getting requests for items with a Item type of BOOK.

It is very easy for Jean to "deny" a Melcat request, so if you don't think we should send it, feel free to deny it.
