Staff Traffic in Reading Lounge Area and Noise

The staff is to use the back room staff door by the reading-magazine area ONLY when there are no patrons in that area. The constant traffic is disturbing. Also, all conversations in the back work area are to be held in low volume. Monitor yourselves. Watch what you say and how loud you say it. All staff must comply to achieve 100% cooperation in making this happen. ML
