Tip for the day...Did you know???

When a patron places a hold from home, they can NOT pick a specific volume/copy?

It only takes one library that splits up an item into different volumes to cause the patron to see an option at the time they are placing the hold as to which volume they want.

Even if they checkmark the correct vol/copy, the system still just places a title level hold and they get the first item that becomes available.
