Internet courtesy card update

When issuing an Internet courtesy card, you have to remember to change the PROFILE to CHEINTERNE BEFORE you scan the barcode into WF.

This is the same as when you issue anything other than a PUBLIC profile user.

The reason for this is, the experation date of different profiles is automatically adjusted by WF at the time the card in first input.

A PUBLIC profile gets 3 years before it expires. Almost every other profile gets 1 year. INTERNE profile gets 90 days.

If you forget to change the profile on ANY card you issue,it can be fixed, but you then have to remember to go in and manually edit the experation date to what it should be before finishing and saving the new patron record in WF.
