Expiring Patron Cards

We have begun the process of expiring library cards on patrons that have turned 18.

It is important to always check ID when cards expire, but it will be extra important for a patron that used to be a minor and had their parent's information in the record, but now is an adult and needs to have their own information (DL#, etc).

This is important since we use debt collect and they need this information on any patrons who go into collections.

This will mean these card could expire before the normal 3 years.
