Comments and suggestions

It was brought to my attention that we didn't have an "official" spot for our comments and suggestions form since we moved into this building.

I have printed off 100 forms and put then and a plastic box out in the lobby.

The forms are in the last bottom box of the plastic holder on the wall and the box to put the completed forms into is on the table right next to them.
