Problem Items - POSTED
October 26, 2002:
From now on please check out any items that come into circ that are a problem to
PROBLEM-CHE.
Example1: Audio Book missing a tape/CD.
Example 2: Video returned with patrons video instead of CHE’s.
Even if the patron states they will bring the item in that same day, please make sure these
items get checked out to the new problem card and fill out the problem form.

If we check problem items IN, all overdues stop. And we want to be able to charge for our trouble. We check item status to get patron info, call patron and as far as we are concerned,that item is still checked out to and the responsibility of that patron.
Oh, I get it. That's from 2002.
