New OCLC ILL procedure
This is from SLC:
In order to streamline the process of requesting books via ILL, SLC has implemented a new procedure for member library staff to use. Starting on Monday, April 16, 2007 all member library staff should use the web form at the following URL to request materials:
http://www.libcoop.net/ill/
All of the information on the web form is the same as the print form. After filling out the web form, the staff member should click on the “submit” button at the bottom. A confirmation will appear which the staff member can print out for the library’s records. Library staff will not have to fax forms anymore.
If you have a patron who wants to renew an ILL item from another library, then staff will need to use the following URL:
http://www.libcoop.net/ill/renew/
Fill out the form and click the “submit” button at the bottom.
This information is for STAFF ONLY and NOT to be given to patrons.
LIBRARIANS: When placing an OCLC request, you MUST be sure to print out your Confirmation page from Internet Explorer. This will become Jean's paperwork for when the items come in.
For the email address box, always use Jean's email (wilkinsj@libcoop.net).
Also, you can just fill in the patron's name, barcode and phone number. (like before). You don't need to fill out all the address info (unless you really want to).
If you have ANY questions be sure to ask me. Thanks!

For the field that says "ILL contact e-mail address" that would Jean, right?
Yes, please always use Jeans email address
Will I be getting a huge raise with this added/different responsibility?
