BANNED PATRON INSTRUCTIONS

Anthony Marks, the man whom police have removed from the library on several occasions, is banned from the library. If he comes back, DO NOT CONFRONT HIM. Notify the person in charge. The police will be called. When calling the police tell them that the person who has been ordered out of the library is back in the building or on the premises and is trespassing. Ask them to come and remove the person and arrest if necessary.

Each staff member should print a copy of this directive and be thoroughly familiar with it. If you need any clarification, please see me. Midge
