7-Day DVD's & Magazines

Due to many problems we were having with holds/interloans on our 7-Day DVD's and magazines, we have switched them back to a non-holdable status.

HOWEVER, STAFF can still place these items on hold for ourselves and for patrons.

In order to place a hold on these items you must:
1. Place a copy specific hold.
2. Make sure that the copy you select is a CHE item.
3. Make sure the pickup location is CHE.
4. Type in the override password.

I can NOT stress #2 enough in the directions above. Make sure you are not using the override password to place another libraries non-holdable item on hold.

P.S. DVD-1 Day items are not and never have been holdable.
