Chronological Chronicles of Narnia

I am sure we will get more and more questions about these books since the movie is coming out soon. Alot of people want to know what order to read them in, there are two options, because CS Lewis wrote them out of chronological order.

They were written in this order -
The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe
Prince Caspian
The Voyage of the Dawn Treader
The Silver Chair
The Horse and His Boy
The Magician's Nephew
The Last Battle

But chronologically they would be in this order -
The Magician's Nephew
The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe
The Horse and His Boy
Prince Caspian
The Voyage of the Dawn Treader
The Silver Chair
The Last Battle
