PC Reservation Notes

1. If a patron has already used their two logins for the day and they have a legitimate reason that they need another login they do NOT need to get a Guest number for an additional login.

To obtain another login the patron will need to have their reservation made at the Reference station.

When making the reservation staff will received the following message/image:


Click the Override button to proceed. **Please note the amount of "Reservations already made" for the day, before Overriding.

**Note: This system works on the "fives", so when you make a reservation for someone, the reservation will start on a "five". What this means is the patron may have to wait 1-4 minutes to begin using their next reservation.

2. When a patron has made a reservation for the next available station and a different station becomes available first and the patron sits at that station instead of waiting for their original time, the following message/image will appear for the patron:

The patron needs to pick "Select Option 2" to continue and use that "new" station.
